启动方式
在安装目录复制my-default.ini一份命名为my.ini
修改配置文件如：

启动mysqld
设置环境变量
mysql_home
cd 到%mysql_home%
mysqld.exe
初始化mysql数据库文件
启动mysqld.exe
安装为服务
mysqld.exe install mysql
net start mysql启动服务
net stop mysql停止服务
删除服务
mysqld.exe --remove
或sc delete mysql
安装过程中的问题
报错：未安装什么plugin
mysql_upgrade to create it
原因是未初始化mysql引起的，启动前执行它
mysqld.exe
